Green Tea has been a favorite of ours for a long time. It's been called the age preventer because how rich it is with antioxidants. A Harvard study show that drinking a cup a day can reduces chances of developing chronic illnesses in the future as well.  Here's a simple recipe to get your morning started with a delicious Green Tea Latte.
GREEN TEA LATTE
1 c Almond, Coconut, Soy, or Regular Milk
1 tbsp of Matcha 
1-2 drops honey
1 tbs Ashwagandha (optional)
PROCESS 
 Heat the milk on low, stirring occasionally, until hot and steaming but not boiling.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
While the milk warms, place the Matcha, honey, & Ashwagandha in your mug of choice.
Stir and enjoy.
